Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 1) What happens if I sent in my order but the item is out of stock? You will be informed and fully refunded. 2) What happens if the dateline is reached but the quota is not capped? As long as the number of orders reaches the quota minus five (ie quota = 20, will need at least 15 orders to close spree), we will still send out the orders. However if the number of orders do not reach this number, the spree will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded. 3) Will you take my money and run away? No, we wont. We've been doing sprees and it is not much money per spree to run away with. :) 4) Can I cancel my orders? No, you can’t. As we have mentioned in our T&Cs, once orders are received, you may not cancel it. If you do so for more than 2 times, we will blacklist you. Do it for the third time and we will NOT accept your orders anymore. 5) Can I change or refund my item? As stated on our T&Cs, we are not held responsible for all damaged/wrong items sent by our suppliers. However, upon request, we will try to negotiate with the supplier and send your item back for exchange. However, this is only for DAMAGED items.
